Red Vermouth Berry - Althoff X Soubeiran

WINE-BASED APERITIF

MADE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CAROLE SOUBEIRAN, CHEF AT MAISON SOUBEIRAN

BLEND: Base wines of 80% Grenache 2024 and 20% Syrah 2025, fortified with wine alcohol during the 2025 harvest. Aged in oak barrels and dames-jeannes. Infused with quince, bay leaf, immortelle, lemon leaves, marsh pepper, artichoke leaves and rose petals.

TASTING: Bouquet of red fruits and quince. The palate reveals a harmonious succession of botanical infusions.

HOW TO DRINK: Enjoy over ice or in a cocktail paired with a good tonic and an excellent gin.
